Ryanair Labs, the technology brand of Ryanair, is hiring a Software Engineer in a hybrid role based in Wroclaw. The position focuses on developing scalable software, embracing Java or Go, and delivering high-quality web applications within an agile team.

You will work on modern tech stacks, participate in DevOps practices, and contribute to an innovative travel platform serving millions of guests across Europe. Hybrid setup requires 1–2 days in the Wroclaw office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Proficient with Java or Go and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with microservices, RESTful services and CI/CD practices.
• Familiar with relational and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality, testable and performant software with unit/integration testing.
• Write end to end solutions for web-based applications and prototypes.
• Release software with a DevOps culture using CI/CD techniques.
• Stay up to date with latest technologies and industry developments.
• Collaborate in an Agile fast-paced development environment.
• Work within a high-performing team on cutting-edge tech.
