Job summary

Ryanair Labs in Poland is seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to push the boundaries of generative AI within Europe's largest airline group. You will design, develop and deploy AI systems that enhance customer experiences, optimize operations, and enable scalable data science across the Ryanair platform.

The role requires strong Python skills, hands-on experience with ML/DL, NLP and computer vision, plus familiarity with Azure or AWS data tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, AI, ML or related field.
• Proven track record delivering AI projects.
• Experience with generative AI applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models.
• Work with unstructured data to train models generating text and images.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components.
• Stay up to date with AI research and best practices.
• Apply MLOps/LLMOps for scalable training and deployment.
• Ensure AI safety and content moderation mechanisms.
