Job summary

Ryanair Labs is seeking a talented Backend Developer to join the new digital team in Wrocław, building web applications and backend services across channels.

You will collaborate with product and development teams to design scalable systems and drive digital transformation as Ryanair expands its online platforms.

Position offers a hybrid model with 2 office days per week in Wrocław and opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Proficient with Java or Go development.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems on cloud platforms.
• Exposure to microservices and RESTful services.
• Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiar with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Spring framework and reactive programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality, testable and scalable backend software.
• Write end-to-end solutions for web-based applications and services.
• Release software with DevOps practices including CI/CD.
• Stay up to date with latest technologies in the software industry.
• Collaborate in an Agile fast-paced development environment.
