Job summary

DXC Luxoft is seeking an experienced Java backend engineer to migrate and modernize securitization platforms on Azure. You will build scalable microservices, design REST APIs, and drive cloud-native deployments with AKS, Terraform, and containerized tech.

The role emphasizes high-availability, observability, and integration with messaging systems like Kafka or IBM MQ. Knowledge of AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java 11+ with strong OO skills.
• Extensive Spring Boot experience and REST API design.
• Experience building containerized apps on Azure with AKS.
• Hands-on Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in a microservices setup.
• Build RESTful APIs and message-driven services for securitization workflows.
• Deploy cloud-native apps on Azure with AKS orchestration.
• Create infrastructure as code with Terraform and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate with Kafka/IBM MQ/Tibco EMS and ensure observability.
