Commerzbank AG w Łodzi poszukuje architekta chmury GCP z doświadczeniem w projektowaniu rozwiązań na skalę przedsiębiorstwa, skoncentrowanego na BigQuery i bezpiecznych, wydajnych architekturach.

Rola wymaga praktycznej znajomości Terraform, CI/CD, kosztów i zgodności z regulacjami oraz umiejętności komunikacji z zespołami technicznymi i biznesowymi.

Qualifications

• Stopień w dziedzinie CS lub podobny, lub równoważne doświadczenie zawodowe.
• Doświadczenie w projektowaniu rozwiązań na GCP na dużą skalę.
• Umiejętność wykorzystania BigQuery jako centralnej platformy danych.
• Znajomość architektury chmurowej, landing zones, security-by-design oraz optymalizacji kosztów.
• Praktyczna znajomość IaC (Terraform) oraz CI/CD, automatyzacji i ram zarządzania.
• Umiejętność tłumaczenia wymagań biznesowych na decyzje architektoniczne i komunikacja z interesariuszami.
• bardzo dobra znajomość angielskiego; doświadczenie w środowiskach regulowanych (np. bankowość) będzie plusem.

Responsibilities

• Projektowanie docelowych architektur chmurowych na GCP, w tym landing zones, sieci, identyfikacja, bezpieczeństwo, observability i integracyjne.
• Dostarczanie wskazówek architektonicznych i nadzór nad zespołami, zgodność z standardami przedsiębiorstwa i wymogami regulacyjnymi.
• Definiowanie powtarzalnych blueprintów architektury dla infrastruktury, automatyzacji wdrożeń, odporności i optymalizacji kosztów.
• Prowadzenie architektury bezpieczeństwa chmury, IAM, segmentation, szyfrowanie i egzekwowanie polityk w usługach GCP.
• Współpraca z zespołami deweloperskimi, operacyjnymi, bezpieczeństwa i biznesu w ramach transformacji chmury.

Job description

Nasze wymagania:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or comparable professional experience in cloud architecture.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale solutions on Google Cloud Platform, with strong understanding of networking, IAM, compute, storage and managed services.
• Experience in positioning BigQuery as a central data platform
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles, landing zones, security-by-design, disaster recovery, resilience and cost optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform) and familiarity with CI/CD, automation and governance frameworks.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into architecture decisions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Very good English communication skills; experience in regulated environments such as banking or finance is an advantage.

O projekcie:

Our team is part of Cost Processing & Transactions cluster. The cluster provides standard reporting for controlling group costs, processes the accounts payable and travel expense reports, and makes the system landscape available to numerous customers in the CFO department. We are a diverse international team with around 150 employees in Frankfurt, Bremen, Hamburg, Lodz and Prague and have clients in Germany and abroad. We are responsible for around 200 accounting and controlling processes and 45 IT products, from A as accounting to Z like Zet-Visions, and are therefore active in the heart of Commerzbank. With systems created by our team we are meeting demands which cannot be met by "box" products. We develop and maintain applications used in controlling environment (group and segment controlling) which provide planning, analysis and reporting functions. Working close with business we are able to quickly adapt them to current regulations and needs. To define and govern scalable, secure and resilient Google Cloud Platform architecture standards and target solutions that enable enterprise applications and data platforms to run efficiently in a regulated banking environment, while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, automation and cost-optimization principles.

Zakres obowiązków:

• Design target-state cloud architectures on GCP, including landing zones, networking, identity, security, observability and integration patterns.
• Provide architectural guidance and governance for application and platform teams, ensuring solutions comply with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Define reusable architecture blueprints and reference implementations for infrastructure, deployment automation, resilience, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Drive cloud security architecture, including IAM concepts, segmentation, encryption, secret handling and policy enforcement across GCP services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across development, operations, security and business teams to support cloud transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
