Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.
• 6+ years in clinical operations management with focus on quality, timeline and budget.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sponsor contact and project lead.
• Ensure escalation pathways adhered to internally and externally (Rules of Engagement).
• Define responsibilities and communication for regional or vendor leads.
• Accountable for overall delivery of time, cost, and quality.
• Maintain financial stewardship and budget alignment across the project.
• Set and manage customer expectations to optimize delivery.
• Identify risks and resolve issues at project level.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements.
