Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical team management or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all clinical operations and quality aspects of allocated studies in compliance with ICH GCP.
• Develop and implement clinical monitoring tools and master action plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and client meetings, including bid defenses and hand-offs.
• Monitor timelines, resources, and budgets; ensure final deliverables meet contract requirements.
• Oversee start-up activities and regulatory submissions as appropriate.
