ICON Clinical Research is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization dedicated to advancing medicines for patients. This Medical Admin Assistant role supports the medical team and helps ensure efficient trial operations.

You will organize meetings, maintain records, coordinate communications, assist with regulatory documents, and manage calendars and travel for the medical team, contributing to high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or clinical setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and coordinating medical team meetings and activities.
• Manage and maintain medical documentation and records.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between the medical team and other stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements for the medical team.
