Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, Polish & Dutch required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research preferred.
• Experience with clinical payment processing preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of PCs (MS Office suite at a minimum).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end investigator/site payment processes.
• Calculate payments and manage purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Contract & Centralized Services, GCO teams and Sites.
• Provide timely responses to payment inquiries and issues.
• Escalate concerns to appropriate channels.
• Support regional/global enhancement opportunities for payments.
