Job summary

Aon’s Risk Engineering Hub in Kraków is seeking a curious analyst to grow in climate risk, analytics, and insurance. You will support engineering teams across the EMEA region by preparing risk reports, maintaining data, and ensuring accurate documentation.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with consultants, brokers, engineers, and support teams across multiple countries, participate in process improvements, and gain international exposure with structured learning and career growth

Qualifications

Interest in data, analytics, climate risk, engineering, or insurance.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation of climate and natural catastrophe risk reports
Maintain and update data, documentation, and reporting templates
Assist with internal systems, databases, and digital documentation tools
Supervise workflow progress and help ensure reporting quality and accuracy
Collaborate with consultants, brokers, engineers, and support teams across multiple countries
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives
