Client Support Specialist
As a Client Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our corporate clients. You support customers by phone and e‑mail with a wide range of questions regarding commercial non‑life insurance. With your customer‑focused approach, you ensure an excellent client experience and provide professional, efficient support.
You answer client inquiries, think along with customers to find solutions, and ensure they are connected with the right specialists when expert advice is required. In addition, you handle various administrative tasks and act as the link between clients and internal stakeholders, such as our advisory teams and underwriting company.
Your responsibilities include:
Approximately a quarter of your working time will be spent directly interacting with clients. The remainder of your time will involve collaborating with colleagues and ensuring the accurate administrative processing of client requests.
