Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków seeks a Client Service Supervisor Custody to ensure accurate, timely data delivery for clients and to serve as an escalation point for complex inquiries. The role requires strong custody knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Operations, Treasury and Markets teams to resolve inquiries, build internal relationships, and act as a primary contact for external clients on daily servicing matters.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in custody or related area is preferred.
• Strong client servicing focus and communication skills.
• Familiarity with corporate actions, equity, fixed income, and derivatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for senior level client inquiries.

Client Service Supervisor!

If you are successful in your application to the Client Service Supervisor Custody role, you will ensure that the firm’s clients receive accurate and timely data and serves as a point of escalation for complex client issues. Your custody knowledge, as well as analytical skills will enable you to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, driven to produce responses across all segments. To be successful, you will need to be highly communicative and detail oriented, to think on your feet, to be able to juggle several duties, as well as to troubleshoot with decorum.

On This Position You Will Be Responsible For

Client Servicing and Inquiry Response:

• Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues and serve as the point person for senior level client contacts.
• Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables.
• Exhibit a sound understanding of BBH products and services.
• Work closely with internal clients in Operations and Treasury and Markets to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and improvement of service levels.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external clients regarding daily servicing inquiries.
• Develop key internal relationships to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues.

What We’re Looking For

• BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of Custody or other industry experience.
• Prior experience working in a client servicing focused work environment.
• Working knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, and derivative investments preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and quickly resolve client needs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work quickly and accurately in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both verbal and written skills.
• Technical proficiency in internal and/or web-based systems a plus.
