Job summary

Sii Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to join the Operations team for a leading global company specializing in investment banking and financial instruments. You will own and drive the onboarding process for all client types and products, with a focus on KYC/AML and collaboration with key stakeholders.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, fluent English, and the ability to work full-time from the office in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in onboarding, KYC/AML, or client due diligence within financial services.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Strong teamwork with ability to work under pressure and independently with limited supervision.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the onboarding process for all client types and products (Cash and Derivatives).
• Update KYC forms and client profiles per policy requirements.
• Develop knowledge of AML, KYC, and product-to-entity alignment.
• Apply Client Onboarding Policy and process requirements.
• Manage tight timelines for fund launches, market deadlines, and trade dates.
