Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process new customer applications and quotations.
• Create/update customer master records including billing and licence records.
• Process certification review workflows and allocate reviews to qualified reviewers.
• Manage CAPs and CAP approvals/rejections through CAP mailbox/PointGlobal monitoring.
• Manage certificate issue and reissue processes.
• Complete daily workflow-driven activities to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor KPI performance and strive to exceed targets.
• Provide general administration support to Sales, Client Planning Advisors and C&R.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
