Job summary

Deloitte Central Europe is hiring a Workday Functional Consultant in Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary. You’ll understand HR challenges, design better HR processes, and translate them into Workday solutions, building trust with clients as you grow from delivery to adviser.

We expect roughly 1–2 years in HR tech/consulting, fluency in English, and a willingness to travel. Previous Workday exposure is helpful, and ownership of work is encouraged as you collaborate across borders.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR technology and/or consulting.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous Workday experience is valuable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into HR processes and Workday solutions.
• Investigate complex problems and recommend practical solutions.
• Run client workshops and requirements discussions.
• Challenge client requirements constructively when there is a better approach.
• Configure and test Workday functional solutions.
• Present designs and recommendations clearly.
• Own defined project deliverables and deadlines.
• Identify risks early and help resolve them.
• Support your Stream Lead in keeping delivery moving.
• Build internal networks and find the right expertise when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients across countries.
