Job summary

Workday, Inc. in Poland is seeking a seasoned Workday Success Plans consultant to partner with customers on post Go-Live value realization. You will conduct targeted microconsulting engagements, provide configuration guidance, and deliver feature demonstrations to accelerate adoption.

Base pay ranges PLN 199,400 to PLN 299,200 per year. Workday supports flexible work arrangements, including a hybrid model blending in-office and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT implementation experience.
• 5 years of experience with Workday Compensation or Benefits systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle).
• 3+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver various Workday Success Plans services and microconsulting engagements.
• Provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, and tips to customers.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through Workday configurations to meet business needs.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features.
• Review tenants and identify opportunities for feature adoption.
