Job summary

PwC Poland’s Workday team seeks a Senior Workday Integration Consultant to design and develop integrations, collaborate with clients, and engage with third-party vendors. You will document requirements, plan design workshops, and ensure high-quality delivery using the Workday integration stack.

The role requires strong knowledge of Workday connectors, EIB, Studio, and related technologies, plus experience with XML/XSLT/JSON and REST/SOAP. Hybrid work model in Kraków is offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable history in Workday Technical / Integration Consultant roles.
• Background in HR SaaS implementation in large organizations.
• Solid knowledge of Workday integration stack (Workday connectors, EIB, Data Transformation, Studio, Data Migration, PECI/WECI).
• Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, CCTPP, Studio, Extend) are preferred.
• Knowledge of standard integration tech (XML, XSLT, JSON, basic Java, SOAP/REST).
• Awareness of AI-powered tools and automation in daily work.
• Flexible approach to work with clients of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

We are looking for:

Senior Workday Integration Consultant

Your future role:

• Design and develop Workday integrations with close cooperation with our Clients and other team members,
• Using your analysis skills to identify and document Client requirements,determine integration patterns,
• Engage with 3rd party vendors to create solutions,
• Plan and lead design workshops with the Client,
• Ensure usage of appropriate Workday integration technology, meeting timelines and quality needs,
• Maintaining partnership relations with your Client based on trust, professionalism and engagement.

Apply if you have:

• A demonstrable history of working in at least one of the following positions: Workday Technical / Integration Consultant,
• Previous background in HR Software as a Service implementation HR / HCM technical team in a large company working with dedicated IT system,
• A solid knowledge and experience with Workday integration stack (Workday connectors, EIB, Data Transformation, Workday Studio, Workday Data Migration Methodology, Calculated Fields, PECI/ WECI connectors, RaaS) is preferred,
• Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, CCTPP, Studio, Extend) are preferred,
• Standard integration technology stack knowledge (XML, XSLT, JSON, basic Java and Web Services, SOAP, REST) is a must,
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• A flexible approach, adapting your style to be successful working with both small and large clients.
