Job summary

Standard Chartered in Warsaw seeks a KYC/AML onboarding professional to orchestrate end-to-end client management and ensure a seamless client experience.

You will engage clients across journeys, drive processes with stakeholders, maintain account health, and deliver accurate onboarding while meeting global standards. 4+ years in KYC/AML and English proficiency are required; shift 10:00–22:00 to cover US time zones with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in KYC/AML.
• Risk & AML certified as stipulated by Bank policy.
• Availability to work within a shift model (10:00-22:00) to cover US time zone.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by Client Management.
• Engage clients throughout process, ensuring seamless delivery and client experience.
• Proactively manage the client account across client journeys to ensure high service and relationship health.
• Own and drive execution of processes, working with stakeholders to deliver excellent client service and ready-to-transact outcomes.
• Support the Business on the client portfolio to ensure strong client delivery execution.
• Ensure alignment between CIB business and Client Management with regular engagement on priorities and gaps.
• Ensure due diligence completeness (CDD, FATCA/CRS) and provide feedback to improve quality.
• Create, maintain & close CIB Clients/counterparties across systems (eBBS, SCI, TP systems).
• Support the global FS COE by partnering with onboarding teams for follow-the-sun delivery.
• Deliver service against standards with minimal errors and escalate issues as needed.
• Protect the Bank’s interests by ensuring complete and effective documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes for consistency across systems.
