Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field; equivalent practical experience valued.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in CIAM or customer-facing systems.
• Technical: Understanding of CIAM concepts, APIs, data flows, and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document CIAM-related requirements (registration, authentication, consent, profile management, access journeys).
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure requirements are traceable through delivery, testing, and deployment.
• Engage stakeholders across functions; facilitate workshops and decision meetings.
• Support release planning, risk awareness, and governance alignment.
