Job summary

Roche is seeking a Customer Identity & Access Management Analyst to join Roche Informatics. The role focuses on implementing CIAM strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering secure identity solutions across backend (PHP, Java, .NET) and client-side (REST, JavaScript) environments.

You will conduct security assessments, support incident response, and help shape tooling and processes that protect customer identities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience administering CIAM/IAM solutions.
• Experience integrating with APIs and cross-system workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementing Enterprise CIAM strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver CIAM projects on time and within budget with high quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CIAM with systems and processes.
• Perform security assessments and identify improvements.
• Support incident response and troubleshooting efforts.
• Keep up with operational challenges and provide internal escalation support.
