Job summary
Roche in Poland seeks a skilled Technical Business Analyst with CIAM focus to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will translate requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring secure, scalable identity services.
You will collaborate with architects, engineers and product teams, manage backlog, support release readiness, and help maintain governance and privacy controls, including GDPR.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
- Experience as a BA/Technical BA in enterprise delivery.
- Experience in Identity & Access Management or customer-facing systems.
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document CIAM requirements across registration, authentication, consent, and profile management.
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specs and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog prioritization and roadmap initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to shape CIAM solutions.
- Ensure traceability through delivery, testing and deployment.
- Engage with security, legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and clearly communicate progress and risks.
- Support GDPR and privacy/regulatory alignment.
