Customer Identity & Access Management Analyst

The Customer Identity & Access Management Analyst will enable and support Roche's cybersecurity initiatives by designing, implementing, and maintaining CIAM solutions across internal and customer‑facing applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the implementation of Enterprise CIAM strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with overall security and risk management objectives.
• Assist with the delivery of CIAM projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate CIAM solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Perform security assessments and identify potential improvements.
• Participate in incident response and troubleshooting efforts, providing internal escalation support as needed.
• Actively focus on self‑development by creating actionable plans to improve CIAM processes and solutions.
• Assist in evaluating the feasibility of solutions for Customer‑Facing Application owners across backend (PHP, Java, .NET) and client‑side (REST, JavaScript) environments.
• Ensure all procedures, processes, and documentation comply with regulatory guidelines and organizational standards, demonstrating business awareness of application owners’ needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience administering and/or implementing CIAM or IAM solutions.
• Experience integrating with other solutions via APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Backend development skills with at least one server platform (e.g., .NET, Java, PHP).
• Front‑end development skills with HTML, CSS, REST, JavaScript, and JavaScript libraries.
• Experience with SAP CDC (Gigya) and identity management integration projects.
• Experience with SAML and OIDC.
• Strong verbal and written English with excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Awareness of Agile techniques such as Scrum or SAFe is a plus.
