Job summary

NATEK is seeking an experienced CIAM Solution Architect to lead deployment and integration of a CIAM SaaS solution for enterprise environments. You will architect identity and security, define integration approaches, and work with customers and delivery teams on secure authentication and SSO design.

The role combines architecture, security, SaaS integrations, and client-facing consulting, with ownership across the full customer implementation lifecycle from architecture to go-live and knowledge

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and identity architecture.
• Proven experience designing and deploying CIAM solutions in cloud-native SaaS environments.
• Excellent knowledge of OIDC, SAML and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with identity federation, SSO, authentication and customer identity lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven webhooks and API integrations.
• Experience designing user migration pipelines and tenant-based SaaS architectures.
• Understanding of security, privacy and compliance in enterprise environments.
• Experience creating solution architecture and technical design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer identity and access management architectures and translate business and security requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and document secure SSO and authentication workflows using OIDC, SAML and OAuth 2.0.
• Lead technical workshops with customers and define integration roadmaps and solution architectures.
• Define integration points between the CIAM SaaS platform and customer applications and ecosystems.
• Define specifications for REST APIs, webhooks, event exporters and custom integrations.
• Develop and oversee user migration strategies and identity lifecycle processes.
• Create and maintain Solution Design / SAD documents.
• Support tenant provisioning, federation configuration and customer-specific integrations.
