Qualifications

• High-level experience as a Chief of Staff, PMO or similar operating role.
• Experience supporting senior technology leaders and initiatives.
• Strong analytical and programme management capabilities.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and materials.
• Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ownership and sound discretion in sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with executive leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

About the Role

As Chief of Staff you will act as a strategic and operational partner responsible for driving execution across one of Cognism's organisations. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, executive communications, organisational planning and cross-functional programmes while ensuring leadership priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Partner daily with the VP Product Engineering.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive presentations and board materials.
• Track strategic initiatives, risks and dependencies.
• Support organisational design, hiring and onboarding.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Improve processes using automation and AI.
• Represent leadership in selected meetings.
• Ensure accountability for executive decisions.

What Success Looks Like

• Executive reporting adopted across Product Engineering.
• Improved organisational execution.
• Strong relationships across Engineering, Product, Finance and HR.

Required Experience

• 5+ years in Chief of Staff, Consulting, PMO or Operations.
• Experience supporting senior technology executives.
• Excellent analytical and programme management skills.
• Very good written and verbal English.
• Executive presentation preparation.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• High ownership and discretion.
