Job summary

Cognism is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Integrations & Enrich domain. You will design and build backend services that power CRM integrations and enrichment workflows, enabling secure data exchange with Salesforce, HubSpot and other platforms.

You will own software across its lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architecture discussions while leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend engineering skills using Java, Scala, Kotlin, C# or modern TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience building APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform.
• Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing and production support.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer within the Integrations & Enrich domain, you will build the capabilities that connect Cognism with customers' technology ecosystems. Your work will focus on CRM integrations, enrichment workflows, synchronization services and customer-facing data experiences. You will help enterprise customers seamlessly move trusted Cognism data into platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot and other business applications.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop backend services supporting CRM integrations and enrichment workflows

Required Experience
