Job summary

Mento is seeking a senior Demand Generation/Growth Marketing leader to join as a remote coach. You will provide 1:1 coaching to members, participate in ongoing training, and communicate through the Mento platform and email between sessions.

This role requires 20+ years of leadership experience and a growth mindset, with a strong commitment to coaching excellence. Training is ICF-certified (Mento Coaching 101).

Qualifications

• Senior leader with 20+ years in demand generation/growth marketing and coaching individuals.
• Willingness to participate in ICF-certified coach training (Mento Coaching 101) and graduate to coach members.
• Ability to commit 12+ hours per month for 24+ months.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching skills.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights to elevate Mento's coaching practices.
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador.
