Zusammenfassung

Mento is seeking senior product-management leaders to join as coaches. You’ll provide 1:1 coaching to members via the Mento Platform, help them set and track goals, and develop leadership and communication skills.

The role is fully remote across North America and Europe. You will participate in our ICF-certified coach training before coaching, and commit 12+ hours monthly for at least 24 months as part of a growing, community-focused platform.

Qualifikationen

• Director or VP level with 20+ years leading product teams and coaching individuals.
• Wants to translate people leadership into coaching skills.
• Passionate about helping professionals advance in their careers.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to create a safe space for vulnerability.
• Growth mindset for coaching regardless of coaching tenure.
• Comfortable in a rapidly changing startup environment.
• Available to dedicate 12+ hours per month for 24+ months.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights to enhance practices and mission.
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador.
