You will mentor through the Mento platform, participate in ICF-certified training, and collaborate with a global coaching community to empower professionals to thrive in roles they love.

The role emphasizes coaching maturity, cross-functional impact, and the ability to scale leadership capabilities across offices and cultures.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing engineering teams and coaching individuals.
• Coaching certifications are valued but not required.
• Ability to navigate high growth, startups, or scale-up environments while keeping technical edge.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights to improve practices and support the mission.
• Act as an ambassador of the Mento community with kindness and empathy.
