Job summary

Mento seeks senior strategy and operations leaders to join as remote coaches. You will form 1:1 partnerships with members to set meaningful goals, become stronger leaders, communicate effectively, and solve workplace issues while helping members feel fulfilled and engaged.

All coaches participate in our ICF-certified training before working with members, with graduation earning Continuing Coach Education Units. This is a fully remote, contract role with hourly pay and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience leading strategy & operations teams.
• Experience coaching individuals is highly valued.
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights to strengthen Mento's practices and mission.
• Represent the Mento community with kindness, respect, and empathy.
