Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in public policy, product policy, or trust & safety, with a track record of operationalizing policy at scale and collaborating across product, legal, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior policy leadership experience.
• Experience turning leadership into coaching skills.
• Experience shaping policy frameworks at scale across product, legal, and engineering teams.
• Regulatory engagement and external stakeholder management.
• Background in AI policy, platform governance, or privacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via Mento tools between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights to improve practices and outcomes.
• Represent the Mento community with kindness, respect, and empathy.
