Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Poland is seeking a Non-Management Kitchen Associate to prepare meals, monitor ovens, and ensure dish quality according to recipes and standards.

The role supports management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff, while maintaining safety and confidentiality. It requires a technical or vocational degree and at least 3 years of related experience.

Formación

• Education: Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare special meals or substitute items while following recipes and standards.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator and maintain portions.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of prepared food.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching employees.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and protect company assets.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out of stock items during service.
