Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Channel Partner Incentives Payment process within the Channel Finance operation team in Kraków. The role collaborates with channel sales, revenue and corporate accounting, and external auditors to calculate, accrue, payout and account for partner incentives.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, experience with incentive management, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while communicating effectively with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years experience providing financial, operational, and/or administrative support to high tech sales organizations.
• Articulate and concise with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
• Ambitious and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams across the globe in different time zones.
• Passion for process improvement and ability to challenge status quo.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience in accounting at a software company preferred.
• SAP, Anaplan, PowerBI and Business Objects experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of bi-weekly Payments to Autodesk partners.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and SOx controls.
• Drive consistency, leverage best practices and benchmarking with peers across Geos.
• Work closely with the Channel program team to answer partner queries.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting and Corporate Accounting.
• Involvement on global team projects (Robotic Process Automation, system implementations) across time zones.
• Successful candidates will have high attention to details, excellent analytical skills, and a self-starter mentality. In addition, strong professionalism and communication skills are crucial in order to proactively partner with key stakeholders.
