Job summary

Aptiv is seeking an Intercompany Accountant in Kraków to manage Allied intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and statements. You will monitor Idoc/ICR processes, analyze variances, and support audits while improving procedures. The role requires 3+ years in accounting, AP/AR experience, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in AP or AR
• University degree in Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• English language proficiency
• SAP/Oracle knowledge would be an asset
• Strong Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Process Intercompany (Allied) transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare and check intercompany statements.
• Ensure timely processing of Allied intercompany transactions.
• Monitor Idoc and ICR processes.
• Analyze and resolve intercompany imbalances; address variances.
• Track aged items and variances; escalate as needed.
• Adhere to a strict closing schedule.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist in audits by providing/collecting documentation.
• Work independently; develop and maintain SOPs.
• Assist in special projects defined by business and implemented by GBS.
• Identify continuous improvement areas and support their implementation.
• Coaching and knowledge sharing within the team.
