Job summary

Autodesk in Poland is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Channel Partner Incentives Payment process within the Channel Finance operation. You will report to the WW Channel Finance Operation Team Senior Manager and collaborate with channel analysts, sales, revenue accounting, and auditors to calculate, accrue, payout, and account for partner incentives.

The role requires a strong accounting background, systems experience, and the ability to work on tight deadlines while delivering solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years providing financial, operational, or administrative support to high tech sales organizations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Ambitious and quick learner.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across global time zones.
• Passion for process improvement and challenging the status quo.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in software company accounting preferred.
• SAP, Anaplan, PowerBI and Business Objects experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own bi-weekly payments to Autodesk partners.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and SOx controls.
• Drive consistency and benchmark best practices across Geos.
• Respond to partner queries with the Channel program team.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Corporate Accounting teams.
• Contribute to global projects (RPA, system implementations) across time zones.
• Maintain high attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proactive stakeholder partnering.
