Job summary

emagine is seeking a Change Coordinator (m/f/d) for the Networks department. This remote, 100% position involves steering and coordinating change requirements within the existing change management process. Meetings and documentation are conducted in English and German.

The role requires fluent English and German, strong ITIL and ServiceNow knowledge, and excellent communication skills to manage CAB meetings, assess risks, and ensure smooth change execution.

A Change Coordinator (m/f/d) is being sought for the steering and coordination of change requirements within the framework of the existing change management process for the Networks department.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate, and approve change requirements for the assigned Networks area of responsibility.
• Organize, prepare, moderate, and document weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings; meeting and documentation language is English.
• Ensure high-quality change planning and coordination to minimize risks during change implementation.
• Professional evaluation of changes (impacts, risks, dependencies) along with approval or rejection.
• Ensure complete change documentation including risk-reducing measures (e.g. tests, fallback/rollback plans/validation) to secure successful change outcomes.
• Plan or assess changes within the own area of responsibility while considering the overall context of the technical area (dependencies, maintenance windows, competing changes).
• Coordinate changes with other organizational units and customers; identify, avoid, and resolve inconsistencies and scheduling conflicts.
• Initiate improvements and modifications to the change process in coordination with the process owner where required (e.g. standard changes).
• Participate in emergency changes and represent in the change process.
• Report relevant key figures (e.g. change success rate, emergency changes) to the process owner.

Key Requirements

• Fluent English and German, both written and spoken (CAB meetings and documentation in English and German).
• Sound ServiceNow knowledge in Change Management.
• Very good understanding of ITIL processes, especially Change Management.
• Strong communication and moderation skills.
• Assertiveness and decisiveness.
• Knowledge in the area of Network/Firewall including understanding of technical impacts.
• Analytical thinking and strong risk awareness.
