Job summary

Amadeus is seeking an Operational Excellence Change Management Specialist to lead the people side of change across our deployments in Warsaw, Barcelona, Nice and Madrid. You will define and execute change management plans to ensure adoption and sustainment of new processes, tools and ways of working by internal and external stakeholders.

You will frame change approaches, build training plans, manage change agents, and monitor adoption KPIs to drive lasting impact and governance-informed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management across large-scale deployments.
• Solid knowledge of ADKAR/Prosci and Kotter frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills tailoring to senior leadership.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites (Warsaw, Barcelona, Nice, Madrid).
• Analytical mindset with ability to define and track adoption KPIs.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Frame the change approach for initiatives, including impact assessment and readiness analysis.
• Build and execute change, communication and training plans.
• Manage change agents and run workshops to drive adoption.
• Apply ADKAR/Prosci and Kotter alongside project management methodologies.
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and business lines.
