Job summary

Polpharma in Poland seeks an experienced CEO Project Manager to partner with the Group CEO and drive high-priority initiatives across the organization, coordinating cross-functional teams and the CEO's agenda.

You will manage executive rhythms, prepare briefs and progress reports, and ensure alignment of stakeholders across business units. Fluency in English and Polish required; consulting experience and pharmaceutical sector familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project, program, or transformation management.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working closely with senior executives in complex, matrix organizations.
• Consulting experience and corporate project management expertise will be an asset.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Polish is required.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced CEO Project Manager to partner directly with the Group CEO and drive the execution of high-priority initiatives across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of decision-making and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with a direct impact on the C-level agenda. The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives and the CEO’s Executive Assistant to ensure the effective execution of strategic priorities and the CEO’s agenda.

• Prepare executive briefings, presentations, decision-making materials, and progress reports

• Ensure effective communication and follow-through on key strategic priorities
