Astek Polska sp. z o.o. seeks a Project Manager for a life science client in Warsaw. You will own delivery end-to-end, manage multiple dependencies, and influence senior stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

You will lead complex projects, drive agile delivery, mentor teammates, and continuously improve delivery processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational goals.

Offered salary

Salary: from 900 to 1050 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.

You’re ideal for this role if you:

• Have strong experience managing complex projects, programs, or strategic initiatives
• Are comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of delivery in environments with multiple dependencies, risks, and changing priorities
• Can confidently work with senior stakeholders and influence decisions across organizational boundaries
• Combine strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution and results
• Have hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and modern delivery practices
• Are a strong problem solver who can bring structure to complex or ambiguous situations
• Are confident making decisions, facilitating discussions, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Understand the relationship between business, technology, and organizational processes
• Naturally look for opportunities to improve ways of working and increase delivery effectiveness
