Aptiv is seeking a Centralized Screening Specialist to ensure compliance with international trade regulations through sanctioned and restricted party screening. You will review SAP GTS findings, clear false positives, escalate risks, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Key responsibilities include daily screening operations, case management, and reporting. Strong English, ERP experience, and attention to detail are essential in this hybrid Kraków-based role.

• Maintain daily screening trackers and support audit reporting.

Job description

We are looking for a Centralized Screening Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring compliance with international trade regulations through sanctioned and restricted party screening activities. In this role, you will perform first-level reviews of customers and suppliers flagged by SAP GTS screening processes, release clear false-positive matches, escalate potential compliance risks, and maintain accurate audit-ready documentation.

YOUR ROLE:

Daily Screening Operations

• Review blocked trading partners in SAP GTS.

• Analyze sanctioned party screening results and assess potential matches.

• Evaluate trading partners information, including names, addresses, countries, and screening hit details.

• Determine whether cases can be cleared as false positives or require escalation.

Compliance and Case Management

• Manage blocks and maintain accurate system records.

• Document decisions using consistent, audit-ready comments.

• Escalate uncertain or potentially high-risk matches to Corporate Trade Compliance and Legal teams.

Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain daily screening trackers and operational metrics.

• Record and retain supporting evidence for released and escalated cases.

• Support audit requirements and compliance reporting activities.

• Monitor queue volumes and highlight unusual trends or issues.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in process transitions, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.

• Contribute to process standardization, efficiency improvements, and documentation updates

YOUR BACKGROUND

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to follow structured procedures.

• Experience with ERP systems, workflow tools, compliance processes, or master data environments.

• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional English proficiency and ability to work independently while adhering to established guidelines and escalations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP GTS or other trade compliance screening solutions.

• Knowledge of sanctioned party screening, export controls, and international trade compliance.

• Experience in GBS/shared services environments, master data processes, and compliance documentation.
