Aptiv is seeking a Global PCB Expert for Fabrication and Production to join our worldwide design and manufacturing teams. You will develop standards, publish process docs, and support verification for PCB technologies across global factories.
The role demands a strong background in electronics materials, PCB fabrication, and LEAN/OPEX with Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Travel up to 50% and collaboration with diverse stakeholders is required.

As a Global PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Expert especially for Fabrication and Production, you will be part of an existent Global team responsible for the Standards, Machinery & Technology to globally Support Aptiv factories. Your main responsibility will be related to PCB Technology and Types, Design Rules, Fabrication Details, Quality, Audit Suppliers, etc. Your expertise it is crucial for the control and continuous improvement of the PCB Process used to assemble and/or test our active safety products that will make our cars safer and keep savings lives.
Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Chemical or Similar Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive industry, preferred in manufacturing engineering Knowledge of LEAN OPEX with applicability in Manufacturing Engineering environment 6-Sigma certified, minimum Black-Belt and preferred Shainin Journeyman Understanding of electronics materials and metallurgy and PCB fabrication Ability to work and live a global network environment with ability to travel 50% of the time · Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Outstanding verbal, written communication in English
