Our client, a leading international pharmaceutical company, is looking for a CHC Project Manager CEE to play a pivotal role in driving regional transformation and strategic initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate strategic and transformation initiatives across the CEE region.
- Translate business priorities into actionable plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Regulatory teams.
- Develop business analyses, project updates, and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Support regional leadership in the execution of strategic priorities and organizational transformation programs.
- Facilitate alignment between local affiliates and regional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Drive process improvements and promote best practices in project and change management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Strategic Planning, Project Management, PMO, Business Transformation, or a related field.
- Strong track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional and international projects.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, life sciences, or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
