• Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, PMO, business transformation, or related field.
• Strong track record leading complex cross-functional and international projects.
• Pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, life sciences, or FMCG industry experience highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic and transformation initiatives across the CEE region.
• Translate business priorities into actionable plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Regulatory teams.
• Develop business analyses, project updates, and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Support regional leadership in the execution of strategic priorities and organizational transformation programs.
• Facilitate alignment between local affiliates and regional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Drive process improvements and promote best practices in project and change management.
