Job summary

Iterative Health in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Director of Clinical Trials Partnerships to connect our European site network with sponsors, CROs, and affiliates. You will lead sponsor-facing activities, align regional leadership, and ensure timely study kickoffs in a expanding Central/Eastern Europe network.

You will drive sponsor trust, site performance insight, and credible delivery narratives while collaborating across teams and cultures. Willingness to travel ~20% across the region is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical trial operations, sponsor-facing roles, or study management within pharma, biotech, CRO, or site network organizations.
• Proven track record of building and managing sponsor or CRO relationships in an operational capacity.
• Fluency in English and Polish; additional CEE languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IH point of contact for sponsors and local affiliates, and CRO country teams across CEE.
• Build trusted relationships with regional decision-makers to position IH as partner of choice.
• Lead study kickoff activities, document expectations, and ensure clear communication from day one.
• Report site performance, risks, and actions with regular sponsor/CRO alignment.
• Drive regional network growth and improve sponsor satisfaction and study retention.
• Develop presentations, RACIs, and process flows for stakeholders.
