Job summary

Sunstar Group seeks a Market Development Manager for the CEE region, based in Poland. You will own revenue, P&L and growth across distributor markets, leading joint business plans and capability development. The role focuses on pharmacy, mass, and online channels with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and performance improvement.

You will collaborate across cultures in a multinational environment, with travel across CEE and a hybrid work model in place.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, international business, or marketing.
• 7+ years in commercial/distributor management within FMCG, consumer health or OTC.
• Analytical strength with sell-out data, pricing and margin mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Own the cluster’s commercial results including revenue, P&L and sell-out growth.
• Build and run Joint Business Plans with distributors and set annual targets.
• Drive channel expansion to cover pharmacy, mass and online.
• Develop distributor capabilities and oversee Monthly Business Review reporting.
