Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Business R&D Experienced Professional to join our CDSe Domain Expert team. You will contribute to the development of distribution transformers design platform, ensuring high quality and performance while meeting deadlines and budgets.

This role offers global collaboration across factories and multicultural teams. You will support platform development, lead implementations for special applications, and prepare technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of PGTR-related experience (preferably in GPG DT).
• Strong knowledge of transformer design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with transformers for special applications (BESS, renewables, rectifiers).
• Experience in preparing technical documentation including drawings (AutoCAD).
• Understanding of software development process and Agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Support CDSe platform development and maintenance with latest standards and tech advancements.
• Lead development and implementation of transformers for special applications (Rectifiers, VSDs, Solar, Wind & BESS).
• Prepare software specifications and verify implemented features with developers.
• Train end users, support factories, and collect feedback to improve CDS platform.
