TwiningsIvo is seeking a Category Leader for Corporate Services to manage Poland spend and to lead global Facilities Management and Travel category strategies across TwiningsOvo sites. The role focuses on delivering value, resilience, and sustainable supplier partnerships.

Based in Poland with hybrid work arrangement, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Sustainability, and procurement teams to drive category excellence and compliant execution across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience in an FMCG business.
• Day-to-day experience leading procurement categories: Facilities Management, Travel, Corporate Services or similar indirect areas.
• University degree required.
• Solid understanding of Facilities Management and Travel supply markets.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global Facilities Management and Travel category strategies and roadmaps across all locations.
• Manage global sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract frameworks.
• Deliver value through demand management, standardisation, and cost optimisation.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, driving performance and sustainability.
• Define category standards and sourcing guidelines for consistent execution and compliance.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Sustainability, Travel, Procurement, and ABF to meet business needs.
• Own Corporate Services spend for Poland and support sourcing initiatives across TwiningsOvo locations.

The Category Leader is responsible for the Corporate Services spend for the Poland site along with owning and developing the Global Facilities Management and Travel categories across all TwiningsOvo locations, setting category strategies and commercial frameworks which improve value, service, employee experience, resilience, sustainability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global Facilities Management and Travel category strategies, sourcing pipelines, and multi-year roadmaps across all locations.
• Manage global sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract frameworks, including preferred suppliers, pricing, service levels, and travel programmes.
• Deliver value through demand management, standardisation, supplier consolidation, TCO optimisation, and benefits tracking.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, driving performance, innovation, sustainability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
• Define category standards and sourcing guidelines, ensuring consistent execution, compliance, and adoption of preferred suppliers.
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, Sustainability, Travel, Procurement, and ABF to execute strategies and meet business needs.
• Own Corporate Services spend for Poland and support sourcing initiatives across TwiningsOvo locations.

Skills, Knowledge, and Proficiency

• At least 5 years of procurement experience in a FMCG business
• Day-to-day experience in leading procurement categories: Facilities Management, Travel, Corporate Services or comparable indirect categories
• University degree level education
• Solid understanding of Facilities Management and Travel supply markets
• Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Experience in SAP and Ariba Guided Buying and E-Sourcing would be an asset
