Job summary

Twinings Poland is seeking an AR Accountant to handle cash allocation, collections, and customer account reconciliations within a collaborative finance team. You will report to the Accounting Team Leader and work with local, regional, and global units to ensure accurate financial operations.

The role requires a university finance-related degree, 1–2 years in AR, SAP familiarity, and strong English and Polish communication. Hybrid work is offered with one office day per week.

Qualifications

University degree (finance, accountancy or related preferred).
1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivables/Cash collections.
Familiarity with SAP.
Effective organizational skills and ability to manage tasks.
Communicative English (B2 level or higher) and Polish - required.
Knowledge of French or German would be an additional asset.

Responsibilities

Cash collection, allocation, dispute management, managing customer and invoice queries, order release process, issuing recharge invoices.
Analysis, reconciling, cleansing, clarifying discrepancies on the customer account.
Performing credit limit analysis and calculation, supporting credit risk assessment.
Supporting of month end, year-end activities incl. bank reconciliation, preparing reports.
Continuous improvement approach – identifying areas for improvements.

The AR Accountant will be responsible for cash allocation, collection management, customer management, reconciliation accounts, AR month end tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of AR processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. This position reports directly to the Accounting Team Leader and collaborates with various departments to support the company’s financial operations.
