Twinings group seeks a Category Leader for Corporate Services in Poland. You will own the Poland Corporate Services spend and help shape global Facilities Management and Travel category strategies across Twinings locations to improve value, service and compliance.

Bring 5+ years in FMCG procurement, leadership of indirect categories, and fluency in English and Polish. This role offers a hybrid work model with cross‑functional exposure to HR, Finance, IT, Sustainability, Travel and Procurement

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years procurement experience in FMCG.
Experience leading indirect procurement categories: Facilities Management, Travel, Corporate Services.
Advanced university degree and solid market knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own Corporate Services spend for Poland and develop global Facilities Management and Travel category strategies.
Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with preferred suppliers.
Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and sustainability initiatives.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Sustainability, Travel, Procurement, and ABF to meet business needs.

The Category Leader is responsible for the Corporate Services spend for the Poland site along with owning and developing the Global Facilities Management and Travel categories across all TwiningsOvo locations, setting category strategies and commercial frameworks which improve value, service, employee experience, resilience, sustainability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute global Facilities Management and Travel category strategies, sourcing pipelines, and multi-year roadmaps across all locations.
Manage global sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract frameworks, including preferred suppliers, pricing, service levels, and travel programmes.
Deliver value through demand management, standardisation, supplier consolidation, TCO optimisation, and benefits tracking.
Manage strategic supplier relationships, driving performance, innovation, sustainability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
Define category standards and sourcing guidelines, ensuring consistent execution, compliance, and adoption of preferred suppliers.
Partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, Sustainability, Travel, Procurement, and ABF to execute strategies and meet business needs.
Own Corporate Services spend for Poland and support sourcing initiatives across TwiningsOvo locations.

Skills, Knowledge, and Proficiency

At least 5 years of procurement experience in a FMCG business
Day-to-day experience in leading procurement categories: Facilities Management, Travel, Corporate Services or comparable indirect categories
University degree level education
Solid understanding of Facilities Management and Travel supply markets
Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken)
Experience in SAP and Ariba Guided Buying and E-Sourcing would be an asset
