Job summary

Trimble Inc. in Kraków is seeking a Junior Carrier Onboarding Project Manager who will bridge our software solutions with carrier partners. You will own the onboarding journey and drive go-live readiness across internal teams and customer projects.

You will coordinate end-to-end carrier integration, provide training in Romanian and English, and build strong relationships to ensure successful deployments and adoption of Transporeon in global logistics.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Romanian & English (additional languages a plus).
Experience in customer service, project coordination, or customer care.
Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.
Strong analytical thinking with reliability and proactivity.

Responsibilities

Facilitate carrier onboarding by providing technical guidance and administrative requirements to ensure full platform readiness and operational integration.
Coordinate system implementations and project tasks in compliance with time constraints.
Provide training for key users and ensure continuous support in Romanian and English.
Establish and maintain customer relations.
Consult carrier processes and provide the right Transporeon solution.
