Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking an Early Talent Recruiter to own university and early-career recruiting across multiple sites, shaping partnerships with schools and student communities.

You will build internship and new-grad funnels end-to-end, collaborate with hosting business leaders and the Early Talent Program Manager, and strengthen Tenstorrent's presence as an inclusive employer for emerging talent.

Qualifications

• Owned a full campus recruiting cycle from school selection to closing.
• Able to partner with hiring managers and calibrate hiring bars.
• Uses funnel data to drive hiring decisions.
• Communicates with clarity and respect to students.

Responsibilities

• Own university and early-career recruiting strategy for their countries, including targeted schools and campus events.
• Run internship and direct new-grad funnels end-to-end—from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with hosting business leaders and the Early Talent Program Manager to define candidate profiles and hiring standards.
• Contribute to Tenstorrent’s Talent Brand by building positive impressions with early talent and nurturing relationships.
